The Exeter CVS programme offers older people an opportunity to prepare for employment through voluntary work. This programme provides financial advice and basic skills coaching on employment and training options. It is available to anyone aged 45 years and older living in Devon .
The Age Legislation came into effect on 1st October 2006.
It affects how employers recruit, train, promote and retire staff.
