Take Part in Our Survey

The Age Legislation came into effect on 1st October 2006.

It affects how employers recruit, train, promote and retire staff.

Here at SWOOP, we believe that promoting an ‘age friendly’ workforce is more than just a legal standpoint, it’s better for business.

Read more about a recent age discrimination success case.

We’re interested to know if you feel you’ve ever been discriminated against due to your age.
